Highways and Council Approval for Wrottesley Village

Now that Highways and the Council have approved the works from the roundabout in to the new development works are well underway.

In the meantime we haven’t let the road hold us up and we have been progressing with the build on site.

All going well, we anticipate our first owners will be moving in mid-September 2023 with many more to follow.

Once the road has been completed, we will have a few finishing touches to do then the Sales Office and Show Home will be easily accessible and ready for the flood of new customers.

Don’t delay though, there are already 38 plots reserved off plan across the site.
