We became aware (July 2025) that a local landowner has begun public consultation on a potential residential development on land directly to the north of Wrottesley Village. At the times our homes were designed, marketed and sold, no planning application had been submitted or approved for this land, and it remains outside the allocated development area.

This consultation is part of an early-stage process and does not form part of the formal planning system. Any future application would be subject to public consultation, assessment by the local authority, and normal planning policy constraints.
