Moving into your new home and selling your old home can often feel daunting and overwhelming, so to make life a little easier, our Home To Home package gives you up to £10,000 (inc. VAT) towards your estate agents fees. And if you don’t use the full £10,000 allowance, you can put the rest towards new curtains and carpets.

However, that’s not all.

We also appreciate how stressful moving can be. So, to make the process as simple as possible, Home To Home offers support at every step of the way.

Here’s how:

  • We’ll provisionally reserve your chosen plot for 4 weeks
  • We’ll contact and arrange for up to three local estate agents to value your property
  • We’ll agree the initial asking price for your property
  • We’ll instruct the agent or agents to start marketing your home
  • We’ll negotiate a sale price for you with the estate agent
  • We’ll formally reserve your plot and take a reservation of £1,000

And don’t forget, we’ll also pay your estate agent fees up to £10,000 (inc. VAT). All we ask is that you show potential buyers around your old home or give the agents permission to do so on your behalf.

Everything else, you can leave to us!

If you’ve found the perfect plot but the property hasn’t been released for sale yet, why not make an Early Bird reservation?

This is your exclusive opportunity to make a formal reservation 48 hours before your chosen plot is released on the open market. The Early Bird reservation fee is fully refundable and you can find full details about how it works below.


Take a look at our site plan to select your perfect plot and contact us to make an appointment with a member of our sales team.


At your appointment, we will take some details from you and share an anticipated build completion date for your chosen plot. We will also offer a guide price** for your dream home.


If you would like to proceed, we will complete and Early Bird reservation agreement and process your £150 Early Bird reservation fee.


We will contact you 48 hours before open market release to confirm that you are now able to make a formal reservation. We will provide brochures, plans and the final price of your dream home. At this point, you can decide whether you intend to proceed with your purchase.


If you decide to proceed, your sales consultant will explain the formal reservation process and request a further £850 to secure your chosen plot. At this point, we will need the contact details for your solicitor and mortgage broker. We can now formally provide all parties with the required information to begin the conveyancing process.


We will arrange a follow-up appointment to give you the opportunity to choose the interior finish*** of the property. We will also discuss and agree any upgrades you wish to make to turn your new house into your dream home.

*To qualify for the Early Bird reservation scheme, you will need to confirm that you are currently in a position to proceed with the purchase of the property or that you will be at the time your chosen plot is due for release. Please see full Terms and Conditions here.
